Jason is the lead glassblowing artist/instructor at GlassRoots. He graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelors of Fine Art. While in school, he worked at the Punahou School and assisted professional glass artists throughout Hawaii. Jason continued his education at the Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, WA, and The Studio of the Corning Museum Glass in Corning, NY. He received his Masters in Fine Arts from Alfred University in New York, where he taught as an Adjunct Professor in the Glass Department. Jason also eaches in the art department at Hudson Community College.
