Atiya is a creative communications professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Kean University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During college, she began her communications career by creating a personal blog focused on fashion, beauty, and interviews with local creatives. After graduation, she spent four years in beauty communications, leveraging traditional media and influencer relations to connect brands with consumers at WhitPR, PurplePR, and DECIEM (the incubator company behind The Ordinary and NIOD). Fueling her passion for creative expression and impact, Atiya transitioned to nonprofit arts education, where she now uses her communication skills to support development at GlassRoots.
