What is glassblowing? What is flame working? What about stained glass, mosaics or fusing?
Can kids work with glass safely?
The answer is YES! Our trained Teaching Artists will guide your family through the ancient and mesmerizing art of glassmaking. From blowing molten glass in our Hot Shop to creating delicate beaded jewelry in our Flame Shop, there are hands-on experiences for everyone.
But that’s not all—explore the vibrant world of stained glass and mosaics, designing colorful masterpieces with carefully-arranged glass pieces. Or try fusing, where you’ll layer glass and watch it transform in the heat of the kiln into stunning, fused creations.
Our classes are designed to give young artists the opportunity to craft glass art alongside their parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles or caregivers. The entire family will bond while creating cherished keepsakes in a safe, interactive and inspiring environment.
