GlassRoots welcomes families of all backgrounds to make memories while making glass . . . together.

What is glassblowing? What is flame working?
Can kids work with glass safely?

The answer is YES! Our trained Teaching Artists will show your family how to explore the ancient art of glassmaking from blowing glass in our Hot Shop to creating beaded jewelry in our Flame Shop. Learn in a private group or in one of our new family-friendly classes for little and not-so-little learners.

Our classes are tailored to provide the young people in your life with a unique opportunity to make glass art alongside their parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles or any caretaker. The entire family will bond while making family keepsakes in an interactive, creative environment.
