GlassRoots | Peters Valley Fellowship
An Intensive Arts Fellowship
Multi-disciplinary Arts Education in Urban and Rural Settings
Thank you to everyone who attended the opening for the GlassRoots | Peters Valley Fellows Exhibition during Newark Arts Festival! It was a pleasure reconnecting with old friends and supporters including our partners at Peters Valley School of Craft who came out in full force. We also want to thank our community for partnering with us and introducing GlassRoots and the Fellows to new audiences: Newark Arts Festival, Newark Downtown District and Cool Vines for the tasty spirits.
And, of course, congratulations again to this year’s Peters Valley Fellows Aymen Aliamer, Danna Peña, Nyla Mitchell, Phoenyx, Saniya Fareed-Nobles and Tasir Plant! In the words of our Executive Director, Carol Losos, “We are proud to become crucial to their stories.”
Stay tuned for highlights from the exhibition on our Events page soon!
